I know you can't wait to receive your Norfolk inspired jewellery orders from Helen Cross Jewellery. For your peace of mind, I ship all my handmade sterling silver jewellery with the Royal Mail Signed for delivery service which is free to all UK based customers. For details of shipping times for specific items please see below.

For UK addresses only -

For stock items available on our website -

For stock items from our website, we aim to ship orders in 1 to 3 working days from receipt of your payment. All orders are posted out in a black recyclable jewel box, ready to give as a gift or to keep as a pretty present for yourself.

For made to order/personalised/ out of stock items (non-hallmarked) -

​

For made to order items/ personalised items or items that are shown as out of stock, and which do not require hallmarking, we aim to ship in 5 to 10 working days from receipt of your payment. This is because these items need to be handmade in our workshop before shipping them to customers. All orders are posted out in a black recyclable jewel box, ready to give as a gift or to keep as a pretty present for yourself.

For made to order/personalised/ out of stock items (hallmarking required) - 

​

For made to order items/ personalised items or items that are currently out of stock, and which require hallmarking, we aim to ship in 25 to 30 working days from receipt of your payment. This is because these items need to be handmade in our workshop and then sent to the Assay Office in London to be hallmarked before they can be shipped out to customers. Orders are posted out in a black recyclable jewel box, ready to give as a gift or to keep as a pretty present for yourself.

We ship to customers using the following postal services: -

UK - Signed for Royal Mail first class delivery which offers proof of posting, usually one-day delivery according to the Royal Mail website and proof of delivery. Postage from Helen Cross Jewellery is free for UK based delivery addresses.

**If you order multiple items I am able to offer a discount on postage for items packed and sent at the same time to the same address, please contact me here.

For NON-UK addresses;

​If you are interested in an item and live outside the UK, please message me here to discuss if delivery is available to your location and costs.
